BRUSHCRETE FX is a cementitious, two-part, polymer-modified flexible waterproofing coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

- Specific Gravity: 1.8 kg/L (when mixed)
- Resistance to Water Penetration: No penetration at consumption of 1.0 kg/m2 for 6 hours (DIN 1048: Part 5)
- Adhesive Strength: > 0.7 N/mm2 (on concrete)
- Tensile Strength: > 1.2 MPa
- Elongation at Break: > 300%
- Chemical resistance: Unaffected by many solvents, alkalis, dilute acids, oils and grease
