MM6130K — Monolithic Membrane for Seamless Waterproofing
Most acrylic and polyurethane coatings top out at a fraction of a millimetre thick. MM6130K takes a different approach: it’s a monolithic waterproofing and roofing membrane applied at a total thickness of approximately 6mm — a build-up that simply can’t be matched by conventional thin-film coatings. That extra mass translates directly into extra durability, making MM6130K especially well suited to demanding, high-traffic, or long-service-life applications.
Built for re-roofing and heavy-duty surfaces
One of MM6130K’s biggest advantages is re-roofing and re-waterproofing old concrete roofs. Ageing concrete often comes with surface irregularities, minor cracking, and uneven falls — conditions that thinner coatings can struggle to bridge reliably. The monolithic, thick-build nature of MM6130K allows it to form a continuous, seamless waterproof layer over these imperfect substrates, including on zero-gradient (flat) surfaces where ponding water would otherwise be a concern.

The formulation also meets strict safety and environmental benchmarks, containing no heavy metals and no toxic or hazardous substances, in line with SIRIM Ecolabel Standard. With a flash point of 240°C, a softening point of 82°C, and a shelf life of 10 years in sealed containers, MM6130K is built for both safe handling on site and long-term storage.
