Pre-formed Bituminous Torch On Waterproofing Membrane
SEALOPOL is a high performance polymer modified plastomeric bituminous waterproofing membrane, surfaced with reflective natural colour slates to provide maximum protection against UV. The presence of the slates provides a mechanical protection against light foot traffic and occasional maintenance as well as offering an aesthetic surface. It is an ideal membrane for roofing and exposed applications where it can be placed on top of the existing surface and providing an economical and efficient solution to leaking roofs.

Prime Minister Office in Cyberjaya to attend to several important issues with the leakages in the building. Only after 3 years of completion with handover, the building was leaking tremendously.
Our Solution
As sole distributor for the FLEXJOINT EP product from Switzerland – a technology that cannot be replicated is a perfect solution to any expansion joints waterproofing needs. We provided an engineering solution tapping on EPDM rubber membrane to seal the joints between the glass of the skylight and the granite floors, instead of the conventional method of using a normal Silicone-based sealant.

Our Solution
We proposed our Green Roof Waterproofing system with heat insulation as part of the system. The final coating product, having the Solar Reflectance Index of 90%, contributes to part of the GBI requirement.
