Choosing the wrong membrane for the intended application of substrate can lead to the failure of the waterproofing application in compatibility of the selected membrane with other products such as wrong usage of primers can lead to de-bonding of the membrane and failure of the waterproofing system.

Our Solution
As sole distributor for the FLEXJOINT EP product from Switzerland – a technology that cannot be replicated is a perfect solution to any expansion joints waterproofing needs. We provided an engineering solution tapping on EPDM rubber membrane to seal the joints between the glass of the skylight and the granite floors, instead of the conventional method of using a normal Silicone-based sealant.
